Assisted Stretch Therapy
Assisted Stretch Therapy is a personalized, one-on-one treatment in which our kinesiologist/certified stretch therapist gently guides your body through targeted stretches based on your mobility, flexibility and individual goals. Using controlled techniques, the practitioner helps you achieve a deeper and more effective stretch than you may be able to reach on your own.
Assisted stretching is beneficial for athletes, active individuals, desk workers, seniors, people experiencing general muscle tightness, and anyone wanting to move more comfortably. Sessions may help improve flexibility and range of motion, reduce muscular tension and stiffness, support workout recovery, improve posture and mobility, and make everyday movement feel easier.
Each session is adjusted to your comfort level and designed to help you move, recover and feel your best.
