Massage
Our Registered Massage Therapists are fully licensed and well trained in swedish, sports, prenatal, postnatal, infant, and therapeutic massage. Whether you are looking to recover and rehabilitate from a motor vehicle accident or sports injury; or simply help improve or maintain the stress we carry throughout our bodies from everyday life, the appropriate treatment plan will be designed to fit your own individual needs.
Cupping Massage
Cupping is an ancient Chinese therapy that’s based on the belief that certain health problems can be caused by stagnant blood and a poor energy flow through the body. A therapeutic cupping treatment involves placing suctioned cups on a client's back, neck, and shoulders or the site of pain. This increases the blood flow, loosens the fascia or connective tissue, and is thought to stimulate healing. It is similar to the way deep tissue massage can be used to break up scar tissue and reduce pain. Cupping may cause temporary bruising and soreness, depending upon the degree of suction created by the vacuum and the level of internal stagnation.
Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage combines relaxing warmth and refreshing coolness to encourage the body to detox and heal. This also increases lymph flow and helps to flush out waste. Heat relaxes your body in a short space of time, so your therapist can focus on a deep working of the tissues using both hot stones and hand strokes. Hot stones also increase your sense of relaxation and rejuvenation.
Chiropractic
Chiropractic is a form of manual therapy that emphasizes diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system, focusing on the spinal column, muscles, and nervous system. The main treatment technique depends on the injury. Treatment techniques include ART (active release technique), IMS, Acupuncture, Graston, spinal manipulation, kinesiotape, and rehabilitation. Focusing on the root of the problem to ensure the injury is corrected.
Decompression Therapy
This therapy also known as non-surgical spinal decompression is a practice that utilizes decompression/traction tables to create a slight stretch of the spinal column with the goal of pain relief. Through this spinal stretch the decompression helps to create a scenario in which bulging or herniated disc tissue is able to move back into place and heal, ultimately alleviating back and/or leg pain.
Acupuncture
Based on the principles of traditional chinese medicine, acupuncture works by stimulating and promoting the body’s inherent healing abilities. Acupuncture is effective in treating many common ailments such as tennis elbow, carpal tunnel, headaches, migraines, fibromyalgia and so much more. In addition to treating primary concerns, people often report additional benefits such as increased energy, restorative sleep, decreased stress, and an overall sense of well-being.
Cosmetic Acupuncture Information;
This is a non-invasive natural spa-like approach to skin care. It includes modalities of acupuncture, massage, facial gua sha, cupping and other therapies. The three main actions of cosmetic acupuncture are; the stimulation of the traditional acupoints, the acupuncture on the muscle layers, and the healing effect on skin cells.
The stimulation of the traditional acupoints is the treatment base on the traditional Chinese medicine theory. By analyzing the overall health status and understanding the constitution of the customer, and then making a customized 1-on-1 treatment plan. We help customers improve their overall health and achieve internal and external beauty;
At the muscle and skin level, it relaxes stiff muscles, and stimulates collagen regeneration creating a firming effect while same time, it accelerates local blood circulation and improves skin metabolism which improves overall complexion and moisture.
The healing effect on skin cells, acupuncture creates micro-trauma on the skin's surface to activate a self-healing response, which increases circulation, elastin and collagen production.
Overall this Japanese cosmetic Acupuncture can achieve the following effects:
- Adjust facial symmetry and face slimming
- Reduce fine lines, acne scars and depression by promoting the production of collagen and elastin in the skin

Improve blood circulation and lymphatic circulation, thereby reducing facial puffiness
- Improve the double chin, jaw and sagging skin of the neck by tightening the subcutaneous muscle tissue
Dr. Amber uses the Japanese injection method and advocates painless injection. Compared to traditional Chinese acupuncture, the Japanese needle method allows you to feel almost no needle prick and will not feel any pain.
Acupuncture weight losing Information;
The mechanism of acupuncture weight loss is mainly to improve metabolism, adjust the digestive function and adjust endocrine function.
Acupuncture treatments can promote metabolism, increase energy consumption, promote the mobilization of body fat and fat decomposition, and achieve its weight loss effect.This treatment can also inhibit the hyperinfluous appetite of obese patients, reduce the amount of food, and inhibit the gastrointestinal digestion and absorption function of the patient's hyperactivity, reduce the absorption of energy by the body, thereby reducing energy intake.
After acupuncture, it can inhibit the peristalsis of the gastrointestinal tract and inhibit the secretion of gastric acid, thereby reducing hunger and achieving the purpose of acupuncture weight loss.
Acupuncture also helps the hormonal balance. The acupuncture treatment adjusts the function of the systems of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal cortex and sympathetic-adrenal medullary, which we consider as the "master switch" for our body shape, so it helps with our weight loss process.

Reflexology is a whole-body treatment that helps regulate the body and encourage the body to move the organ or structure and its associated energy towards balance and better function. Reflexology can be beneficial for increasing energy, inducing a deep state of relaxation, elimination of toxins, stimulation of the central nervous system, relieving sleep disorders, speeds recovery after injury or surgery, improves mood, reduces anxiety, relieves pain, improves digestion and overall feeling of wellness. Naturopathic Medicine
Naturopathic medicine is a distinct form of primary health care built on a patient-centred approach that emphasizes prevention, treatment, and optimal health through the use of therapeutic methods and substances that support the body’s natural ability to heal and help the patient achieve sustainable health and wellness.
Naturopathic medicine involves a functional medicine approach to healthcare, identifying the biochemical and physiological imbalances within the individual, and using natural, scientifically-proven solutions to rectify these imbalances. Naturopathic Doctors (NDs) focus on naturaly occurring substances, minimally invasive methods, and the promotion of natural healing. They also emphasize illness prevention and a healthy diet and lifestyle.
Naturopathic Doctors focus not only on the symptoms but also the underlying conditions causing the symptoms; they treat the root causes of disease and address preventable risk factors, using a wide range of science-and evidence-based, natural and conventional therapies. Naturopathic medicine focuses on an understanding of the origins of acute and chronic disease and working to support and assist the body’s natural ability to heal, getting to the root cause of what’s wrong. Naturopathic assessment, diagnosis and treatment of the individual patient are accomplished by integrating modern and traditional care which includes clinical and laboratory diagnostic techniques. All therapeutic options are considered and applied to help regulate the process of disease over time rather than temporarily suppress it. Naturopathic medicine is evidence-based, informed by clinical experience, research and the individual patient’s unique health situation. Health promotion and disease prevention are a particular foundation of naturopathic medicine.
Reiki Treatments
Reiki is a system of healing that works by simple placement of the hands and the channeling of energy. It is understood in many cultures that an unseen energy flows through all living things and is directly connected to the quality of life we experience. Recent scientific experiments has verified this life force energy and medical doctors are now considering the role is plays in the immune system and healing process.
Reiki is a technique of healing, stress reducing and relaxation that taps into this “life force” energy. The treatment feels like a warm, glowing radiance flowing through and surrounding you. Reiki treats the whole person, including body, emotion, mind and spirit. This is a simple, natural and safe treatment with healing and self-improvement outcomes. Reiki has shown great results with helping anxiety, depression, headaches, insomnia and chronic pain.
A Reiki treatment is done while the client is fully clothed laying down or seated. The practitioner places their hands on or near the clients body allowing the energy to flow from the practitioners hands to the clients body in a series of hand positions. THIS SERVICE DOES NOT ALLOW BILLING
